Dr. Adeoye Adefulu, is the Managing Partner and the head of the Energy Practice at Odujinrin & Adefulu. He is a highly respected lawyer with over two decades of experience in advising on a wide range of electricity, oil & gas, financing, acquisitions and restructuring matters. He is recognized as a leading authority in oil and gas regulatory reforms, gas utilisation, energy transition, environmental law as well as project finance.
Dr. Adeoye possesses a deep and thorough understanding of the Nigerian oil & gas regulatory landscape. He routinely advises oil and gas giants, power sector market leaders, financial services players, project developers and sponsors, independent petroleum producers and members of the public sector on various aspects of energy law.

His contributions to the Nigerian energy landscape reforms are particularly evident in his involvement with the Petroleum Industry Bill (“PIB”) – Nigeria’s most important Petroleum legislation.
